I appreciate the information contained therein and the fact that you are familiar with the desperate state of the Curlew in our county.

Also thanks for the offer to meet with you to discuss the state of this (and other) species in Shropshire. We may well take you up on this at a later date once we become familiar with the nature of new legislation and continuing information of species at risk. I will contact your office to make an appointment at an appropriate time and would suggest that a couple of other SOS members who have expertise in this area accompany me.
