The Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday 15th September 2021 at Bayston Hill Memorial Hall as arranged. Unfortunately the proceedings were not quorate as only 24 members were in attendance whilst the requisite quorum was/is 30 members.
However, in response to the email appeal we now have received confirmation of the decisions made at that meeting from well over the quorum number.
Hence, there is no further need for confirmatory emails.
