This link will take you to a page that you can print out and complete before sending it with the appropriate payment to The Treasurer. If you are a UK taxpayer then you can increase the value of your subscription by completing a Gift Aid Declaration - click here for a copy for you to print out and complete.
We are happy to accept a Bankers' Order in order that your subscription can be paid directly from your bank account. To obtain a copy of the Banker's Order click here.

Joint members should enter the full names of both parties on the application form.
